Contact and booking enquiries

Explore Gros Morne uses the contact details, guest count, travel dates and message you submit to answer your enquiry and arrange your adventure. Please do not include payment card information, identification documents or sensitive medical information in this form.

Enquiries are sent to our team through Brevo, our email delivery provider. Bluecore Media, our website service provider, also receives a copy during launch testing and may assist with technical support. An enquiry does not confirm a reservation.

Spam protection and security

The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help distinguish people from automated spam. When you submit the form, Google processes technical and interaction information for this check. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Our server also uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit repeated submissions. Hosting services may retain security and access logs.

Website analytics

Google Analytics tracking is currently disabled on this website. No optional analytics cookies are set.

Service providers and retention

Our hosting, email and security providers may process information outside Canada. Enquiry information is kept as needed to respond, arrange services and maintain relevant business records. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes.
